Mini Book Haul

So I made a last second decision to go to the book store here in town. It's the only one we have. I sadly live in a small town. But to my excitement their Young Adult section (it's super small) had a lot of books that I wanted. I ended up leaving with three books.

I bought this one on a whim. The title grabbed me. It's a middle grade book.

I've seen this one a lot on booktube. Patrick Ness seems to be the new "IT" author of the moment. I'm excited to read this.

My Goodreads group (All About YA) is reading this series starting in September. I have the first book so I grabbed this one as soon as I saw it.

This one I didn't buy today. I bought this on Barnes & Noble website. My Goodreads group is reading this for the month of August.

So that is my mini book haul. I'm sure I will be posting another one in the near future. See ya next time.

  1. I know the feeling! I live in a small place as well, and it's not that easy to get my hands on good books! Fart Powder sounds hilarious enough, though I don't think it's exactly my type. I've read a Monster Calls (which I felt like wasn't all that worth the hype) and The Lunar Chronicles which I loved - with no surprise there. I've been meaning to read To All the Boys I've Loved Before. Should be interesting to see your thoughts! ^_^

    1. Fart Powder caught my eye as I was headed to check out. It looked like a easy and fun read so I picked it up. I'm not expecting much from A Monster Calls. It looks interesting though. I can't wait to read the Lunar Chronicles. I've heard nothing but great things about it. I'm only like 50 pages into To All the Boys I've Loved Before. I shall see how it goes. I will definitely be posting a review of it.

    1. Thanks! That is nothing compared to the haul I had at the first of July. I bought over twenty books.
